1827 Sq. Base 2 -  O.127 R.5 PCGS XF 40

Even deep grey toning shields a tick before Liberty’s nose and a short scratch, right of the date.  The strike is typical of this RARE variety – blunt.  Plenty of detail for the assigned grade.  In the 1990’s an XF O.127 routinely brought $2,000 to $3,000.  Prices slipped over the past decade or so.  Expect this one to bring half its historic highs. Est. $1,000 to $1,500.
