Most likely an uncirculated bust half, given demerits for the short drift mark in the left field and a lightly toned fingerprint in the right obverse field.  Handsome toning and deep, unbroken luster befit the grade.  This is a dandy type coin, free of striking weakness.  From the collection of Keith Davignon, appearing earlier in Mail Bid Sale 19, Jan. 1997, lot 88.  Est. $850 to $1,250.
