Gaudy luster throughout.  Friction on the high points and faint signs of handling in the obverse fields.  A flashy, well struck example of this common date and variety.  From your cataloguer at the NYC ANA Convention in July 1997.  Dealers were spread over 2 floors of the Marriott Marquis.
