The eye appeal is outrageous or, one might say, typical of coins from Keith’s cabinet. He claims to have cherried this one from my inventory awhile back. Whatever he paid, it was not enough! The iridescent turquoise and rose toning captivates the eye, already squinting from a brazen display of mint luster. The coin is essentially without faults, at the top of the 62 grade level. This is a low mintage date. Not many 1821’s come this nice.Estimate: $2,500 to $3,000
